Moe at reception provided really good assistance. She quickly and efficiently addressed my needs and offered a great rate for a future visit. The hotel's location is very convenient with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The entrance is located between some shops, made the initial arrival slightly confusing.

uncomfortable pillows wet washroom
I found some aspects of the hotel disappointing. The pillows were not comfortable for sleeping. The washroom floor constantly got wet. I had to request fresh towels daily. They were not automatically provided.

Really good Service, Central Location

spacious suite friendly housekeeping ample breakfast
My stay included an upgrade to a spacious suite. It included a bedroom, sitting room, and two bathrooms which was great. Housekeeping was friendly with both Arun and Aman completing a thorough cleaning each day. The breakfast had ample choices of Indian and Western items, and I could order eggs to request.
The bathroom felt a little small.

The staff were really nice too ensure my needs were met, for example when I asked, Moe at the front desk offered prompt and professional assistance. It. Communication was effective. I was very happy with the fast responses from all departments.

The restaurant had a diverse menu catering to different tastes. It was very convenient. Breakfast featured both Indian and Western dishes, I appreciated the variety. The food quality was consistent. I found each meal satisfying.
